Odgis + Company is delighted to share our design for W. P. Carey's 2018 Annual Report. This year’s design is inspired by the simplified, focused approach W. P. Carey took in 2018 to grow their portfolio. Their theme, Investing for the Long Run, comes to life through strong horizontal graphic forms that energetically flow through the book. This forward movement anticipates the road ahead for the ongoing success of this dynamic company.
Additionally, we designed W. P. Carey’s three REIT Annual Reports: CPA 18 – Global, CWI I, and CWI II. These brochures explain their current investments and assets. Odgis + Company also designed an ad campaign for the Financial Times showcasing some of W. P. Carey’s recent European acquisitions, as well as a series of W. P. Carey web banners for The Wall Street Journal.
