Our design reflects the refined, understated elegance that defines Paramount’s properties. The newly constructed Paramount Club, an exclusive amenity shared by all tenants across six local buildings, embodies luxury and hospitality. The brochure offers an immersive experience that mirrors the welcoming nature of Paramount’s spaces. Paramount’s Corporate Responsibility strategy encompasses a wide range of initiatives aimed at enhancing its properties, supporting tenants, nurturing its workforce, and engaging with communities. Notably, Paramount has achieved 100% certification across its REIT portfolio in LEED Platinum or Gold, ENERGY STAR, Fitwel, and received a 5-star GRESB rating—further reinforcing its position as a steadfast industry leader.
