Paramount 2022 Annual Report

The 2022 Paramount Group Annual Report reflects the grace and elegance of their properties. The reader opens the report to a dashboard of images and stats that highlight Paramount’s most striking and important metrics. Paramount’s strategy is to invest in neighborhoods and create communities. Instead of a traditional map, we created a visual narrative of their bicoastal holdings. To do this we organized images of the properties both by geography and size of investment. The report concludes with their award-winning achievements in sustainability, highlighting their commitment to the environment.
