Corporate Governance of the Largest US Public Companies
Global law firm Shearman & Sterling LLP tasked Odgis + Co. with designing a set of brochures under the title, “The Shearman & Sterling 2010 Annual Survey of Trends in Corporate and General Governance Practices of the Largest US Public Companies.” The survey offered complex statistical information on Director & Executive Compensation and General Governance Practices, which we rendered as compelling and easily digestible for a wide variety of executives.
Relying on metaphoric illustration, we created a set of minimalist visuals that nonetheless conveyed large amounts of data at a glance. Throughout the document, we juxtaposed illustrations, charts and graphs to reinforce the brochures’ fundamental messages. In this way, our work heightened the power of the text.
